This course uses an instructional systems design model to guide the student in systematically developing effective Instruction. Theoretical and practical issues in instructional systems design are examined. Other instructional design models are introduced. Lec. 3, Cr. 3.

The instructional goal of this unit was for the participants to safely field strip a department issued service pistol without the use of any training aid or material. The intended audience is law enforcement trainees with limited to no training experience pertaining to the instructional goal.
